Job Description:
- Prepare, check and monitor employment contracts, attendance, salary MPF and CWRA records of staff and workers
- Handle staff and workers query and complaints
- Communicate and liaise with related interested parties (e.g. labour union)
Requirements:
- Degree or post secondary certificate on human resources or personnel management
- 2 to 5 years' or above relevant working experience in construction industry
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance & Labour Legislation
- Good communication/public relations skill
- Proficient in using computer
