Job Description:

  • Prepare, check and monitor employment contracts, attendance, salary MPF and CWRA records of staff and workers
  • Handle staff and workers query and complaints
  • Communicate and liaise with related interested parties (e.g. labour union)

Requirements:

  • Degree or post secondary certificate on human resources or personnel management
  • 2 to 5 years' or above relevant working experience in construction industry
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance & Labour Legislation
  • Good communication/public relations skill
  • Proficient in using computer
